Find a charging station by navigating the map or list
Select payment type
Select the connector you wish to use
Click the “Start charging” button to begin
You can also stop the session via the “Activity” tab
Swipe to see your payment method options
Click the “Stop charging” button to end the session
Adding a payment method
Select the “Profile” tab to add a new payment method
For EV card payments, enter the EV card number. Include capital letters and hyphens but do not add spaces
Click the “Payment methods” button to view available options
Add your card details for debit and credit card payments
Select “Add a payment method” and choose which you’d like to add from the list
Your bank will hold a pre-authorisation amount for debit and credit card payments. This will be released when the final charging session value is known
